30 Bird's process is a collaborative one, each project shaped by the individuals involved. Alongside working with specialists within the performing and visual arts and the wider cultural sector we collaborate with scientists, academics, architects and the communities local to the location we are working in.

Our work has an international flavour; the artists and practitioners we work with come from as varied a background as the UK, Iran, Germany, Italy, Poland, India and Turkey.

Often projects stem from chance conversations or meetings where the seed of an idea is born. We are open to new ideas and suggestions and are keen to hear from artists, venues, producers or festivals who wish to collaborate or programme work with us both in the UK and internationally. If you wish to propose a project, discuss an idea or chat about how we might work together please contact Claire Summerfield, Creative Producer claire@30bird.org

Previous and existing partnerships include: public works, The Bush Theatre, Chris Dobrowolski (Visual Artist), BBC, Radio4, Iran Heritage Foundation, Cambridge County Council, St Matthew’s Primary School, Hungry Arts, The Victoria Baths (Manchester), Whitechapel Gift Shop, Cambridge Junction, The Polish Cultural Institute, Cambridge University, Leslie Travers (Theatre Design), Lyric Hammersmith, Virgule Performing Arts (Iran), Meika Dresenkamp and more.
